The technology based on which Iken Teach operates
In Iken teach, the use of traditional blackboard is replaced by specialized technological aids. Instead, the lessons are projected on to a wide screen, duly facilitated by an overhead projector. Hence the visuals appear enlarged and can be viewed by the entire class of students. This system sets an interactive tone in the classroom, much to the convenience of teachers. The teachers can face the classroom throughout the session thereby minimizing the distractions caused while turning away from the class. Besides, this form of teaching completely in control of the teachers is extremely compact and appealing.
It also provides a computer input device called Iken Tablet which comprises of a digital pad, a surface upon which the teachers can write and draw lessons using a specialized pen. The text and diagrams written on this digital pad appears on the widescreen directly. The teachers can access to these notes during subsequent sessions as the content penned on the digital pad gets automatically saved

A unique technology based assessment system enable teachers to conduct assessments on daily basis and generate performance report. Analysis and conclusion can be drawn from the report, which can be shared with parents regularly and keep them updated

Taking Assessments
Assessments are required to ascertain the competency and the proficiency of the students in a particular module/subject. Students undertake multiple choice based tests upon completion every lecture. These assessment tools that yield immediate results are designed to identify a student’s caliber. A unique device called KEN RS is used for real time assessment of the students.
The performance of the students is stored in the database and can be referred to, as and when needed. Also, the performance of individual students can be compared to the rest based on which an analysis can be drawn. Customized remedial measures will be designed for students based on his/her shortcomings in different subjects.
These tests serve as a perfect practice ground before students appear for their final examinations.
